On this half day, hands on course, Jenny will be showing you how to make your own pasta, tortellini, ravioli, gnocci and focaccia. You will make your own pasta dough from scratch, learn how to use and care for a pasta machine, shape your fresh pasta and make your own tortellini & ravioli. You will also learn how to make your own gnocci, plus focaccia with a choice of toppings. The types of dishes you will be making include:
- Gnocci with Sage Butter
- Ricotta, Lemon & Herb Tortellini
- Ravioli Napoletana with Homemade Tomato Sauce
Skills covered: Making & shaping pasta, tortellini, ravioli, gnocci and focaccia
This course can also be adapted for vegetarian diets.
