A Taste of Japan
Japanese food isn’t all about sushi, so get your chopsticks ready for some great, healthy everyday dishes!
Tutor: Jenny Thomson
On this half day course, Jenny will be helping you discover how quick, easy and healthy Japanese food is.
You will become familiar with some of the essential ingredients and cooking techniques to achieve delicious dishes.
We cook a Japanese style meal together, eat some for lunch and take home any remaining morsels.

Course times: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
This course can also be adapted for vegetarian diets.
