A new event at Courses For Cooks
An evening of cookery, food and conversation!
An Italian themed evening, starting at 6pm on 14th October 2015. Come along and work as a team to make a delicious meal from scratch.
Suitable for all abilities, this is an evening of short demonstrations and hands on cookery. We’ll start with antipasti – Mushrooms with Gorgonzola and Honey and Seasonal Fruit with Parma Ham.
Moving on to homemade pasta which we’ll make into our own Spinach, Herb and Ricotta Tortellini.
Main course is Chicken, Bacon and Sage Involtini, served with a Green Bean Salad and of course we’ll make our own Rosemary Focaccia.
Our dessert is Poached Peaches with Zabaglioni and we’ll even make the Biscotti to have with the coffee.
