beetroot-hummusA Taste of the Middle East 4th September.
Modern Middle Eastern Cookery has been made popular by Yotham Ottolenghi and before that Claudia Rodin. Sometimes shrouded in mystery, the stuff of Arabian nights and Eastern promise, it is perceived as exotic and unknown.

In fact the ingredients are very simple, fresh and in season, it is the flavours and spices that make the dishes exotic. On this full day course we cook recipes from Morocco, Lebanon, Turkey and Palestinefalafels

You will make:
Beetroot Hummus
Falafels
Zhoug
Dukkah
Lamb Tagine
Persian Basmati Rice
Baklava
The day can be made to suit vegetarians and includes tea, coffee, light lunch, recipes and as many hints and tips as we can squeeze in.

The next Taste of the Middle East course is on 4th September 2015.  CLICK HERE to book.
