An exclusive 1 to 1 online cookery class, Jenny will guide you step by step to create a delicious, authentic Scottish meal from the comfort of your own kitchen.
We will be making:
Traditional Scottish Oatcake Farls
Cullen Skink Soup
Seasonal Berry Cranachan
Shortbread Petticoat Tails
- 2 hours of chef Jenny’s undivided attention, helping you make this great menu. She’ll be sharing the history behind the dishes and memories of her time growing up on a farm in Scotland.
- 4 authentic Scottish recipes with hints, tips & adaptations for dietary requirements.
- a delicious meal to eat at the end of the class.
Class times 5 – approx 7pm EST.
The class will be held over Zoom.
You will be sent a joining link, ingredients list with dietary, alternative suggestions and an equipment list 7 days before the class.
All you have to do is purchase ingredients and make sure you have the necessary equipment to hand.
So set the table, light a candle, open a bottle of wine, roll up your sleeves and join Jenny ready to make a great meal.

Jenny is a chef with over 30 years of cookery & 10 years of teaching experience. In 2011 she threw open the doors of her family home to share her skills & passion for fresh, seasonal produce.
Jenny has developed a range of cookery classes to help inspire you to improve your cookery skills, boost confidence, become more efficient & intuitive in the kitchen, whatever your culinary level.
