Fish can be a tricky thing to cook, if it’s over done it ends up dry, tough and rubbery.
On this online, live cookery class, you’ll cook with Jenny as she guides you through the recipes, giving hints and tips on successful fish cookery.
You’ll make a soup, a dish to eat for dinner and a dish that can be frozen.

Chunky Fish Soup with Croutons & Rouille
Bengali Fish Cakes
Fish Fillets with Couscous en Papillote
Recipes are for two people, so if you’re on your own, there’s enough for another meal. Or you can double up the ingredients to feed more.
Class times 10am – approx 12pm.
The class will be held over Zoom. You will be sent a joining link, recipes with dietary, alternative suggestions and an equipment list 7 days before the class.
All you have to do is purchase ingredients and make sure you have the necessary equipment to hand.
