Just in time for picnic season, learn how to make great pies ready for the summer

Pies are a great addition to a picnic or for feeding a crowd. They make a beautiful center piece and are handy to have in the fridge for an easy meal or a quick snack.
In this 2 hour class, we’ll be making
Greek Spinach Filo Pie
Chicken, Tarragon, Leek & Thyme Raised Pie
Flaky Smoked Salmon Flat Pie
Recipes are for two people, so if you’re on your own, there’s enough for another meal. Or you can double up the ingredients to feed more.
Class times 10am – approx 12pm.
The class will be held over Zoom. You will be sent a joining link, recipes with dietary, alternative suggestions and an equipment list 7 days before the class.
All you have to do is purchase ingredients and make sure you have the necessary equipment to hand.
