On this hands on, full day course, Jenny helps you through a range of simple and complex techniques to achieve great looking, delicious results with a healthy focus.
The types of bakes you will be making include:
  • Lemon Curd Cake
  • Italian Ricciarelli Biscuits
  • Strawberry Tart
  • Rhubarb Buns
  • Doughnuts
Skills covered include: Genoise sponge, lemon curd, pate sucree, creme patisserie, choux pastry, sweet yeasted dough, glaze.
Course Times 9.30am to 4pm

This course can also be booked as a Custom course, adapted for vegetarians or dairy free diets and run either morning or afternoon. You can choose a date to suit, for up to 4 people. Contact us for availability and prices.
