A half day course dedicated to sushi – we will be making our sushi from scratch, using a variety of Japanese and Scottish ingredients. Get to know the difference between sushi and sashimi, learn how to make sushi rice, Maki, Handrolls, Inside out rolls, Gunkan and Dashi, Miso Soup and Soba Noodle Salad.
This course can also be booked as a Custom course, adapted to suit vegetarian or gluten free diets and run either morning or afternoon. You can choose a date to suit, for up to 4 people. Contact us for availability and prices.
