Suitable for complete novices and those who are fairly competent but feel they have a skills gap. On this day course, Jenny will be teaching you about round fish, flat fish, crustaceans and molluscs how to bone, dress, prepare and cook them and how to make a fish stock.

Thai Savoury Rice and Prawn Soup
Pan fried Seabass with Tomato & Chorizo Ragu
Baked Fish with a Lemon & Herb Crust
Pan Seared Scallops with Puy Lenitls, Bacon & Sage
Skills covered: boning round & flat fish, soup, stock, cooking fish, cleaning & cooking scallops, marinating, knife skills.
