Fresh herbs are widely available in bunches and packets, but how do you know what to do with them? On this half day course, as well as making some great dishes, you’ll discover the best ways to use herbs in your cooking, how much to use, how to store & preserve any left over herbs.
We’ll be making:
Hazelnut Stuffed Mushrooms
Greek Spinach & Herb Pie
Mixed Herb Salad
Rosemary & Lemon Shortbread
Recipes are for two people, so if you’re on your own, there’s enough for another meal. Or you can double up the ingredients to feed more.
Class times 10am – approx 12pm.
The class will be held over Zoom. You will be sent a joining link, recipes with dietary, alternative suggestions and an equipment list 7 days before the class.
All you have to do is purchase ingredients and make sure you have the necessary equipment to hand.
