A half day online, live, tutored class dedicated to making a great loaf of bread, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned bread maker.
Join Jenny for a morning of chat and exchange of ideas and techniques. She will walk you through the recipes, answering questions, helping you produce top quality beautiful brioche and a delicious French apple tart that will have you bursting with pride and satisfaction!
We won’t be online for the whole time, there will be gaps whilst our dough is rising, but we aim to finish around 2pm.
The class will be held over Zoom. You will be sent a joining link, ingredients and equipment list 7 days before the class.
All you have to do is purchase ingredients and make sure you have the necessary equipment to hand.
