On this course we look at wheat flour alternatives for bread and baking and how to use them.
The bread making processes and how it changes for gluten free ingredients to make bread effectively.
Different methods of cake making with gluten free ingredients.
Course times 10am to 2pm.
Caution - Whilst every precaution for cross contamination is taken, my kitchen is used for all kinds of food preparation and is not a gluten or nut free environment.
