Become an expert with a rolling mat!
A half day course dedicated to sushi - we will be making our sushi from scratch, using a variety of Japanese and Scottish ingredients. Get to know the difference between sushi and sashimi, make Maki, Handrolls, Inside out rolls, Gunkan and Dashi, Miso Soup and Soba Noodle Salad.
Course times 10am to 2pm
