Stuck in a rut?  Revitalise your repertoire and become inspired with new dishes.

This course was created for people who like good food but have a very small repertoire or need some inspiration to make the dishes that they do know more interesting.  Ingredients used are a combination of fresh seasonal produce with some shop bought store cupboard essentials to make some simple, but delicious dishes.

Course times 9.30am - 4pm

Soups
Casseroles and pies
Fish
Rubs, Marinades & Dressings
Pastry & Puddings
Herbs and Spices
Simple Sauces
Salads
Some Store Cupboard Staples

Practical skills covered include knife skills, stocks, sauteeing, frying, casseroles, cooking meat & fish, cooking vegetables, thickening sauces.
