Taking basic bread to the next level, become and assured maker of beautiful bread.

The Foundations series is suitable for complete novices and those who are fairly competent but feel they have a skills gap.  On this one day course you will be making, baking and more importantly tasting a variety of breads.  Recipes include breads from which we can make different shapes and flavours.

Skills covered include kneading, shaping dough & different shapes, flavouring savoury & sweet bread.
