Suitable for complete novices and those who are fairly competent but feel they have a skills gap, we will be looking at round fish, crustaceans and molluscs how to bone, dress and cook them and how to make a fish stock. 
Recipes include:
Thai Savoury Rice and Prawn Soup 
Pan fried Seabass with Tomato & Chorizo Ragu
Marinated Sweet & Sour Fish
Moules Mariniere

Course times 10am to 2pm
 
Skills covered:  boning a round fish, soup, stock, cooking fish, cleaning & cooking mussels, marinating, knife skills.
