On this hands on, half day course, Jenny shows you how to select, use and maintain a basic knife set, how to chop, slice, dice and cut safely.
Practice recipes include:
- Thai Style Chicken & Vegetable Soup
- Stuffed Breast of Chicken with Leek Sauce
- French Apple Tart
Skills covered include: What knives do you need & how to use them, how to use knives safely & efficiently, chopping, slicing, dicing, paring & boning.
