We should all be eating around 2 portions of fish per week, but how do you stop it from going dry or being tasteless?
On this half day course Jenny will show you how to make the most of fish, from dealing with a whole fish to thick or thin fish fillets, shellfish and stock.
Depending on what fish are available, dishes you will make may include:
Pan fried Seabass with Tomato & Chorizo Ragu
Baked Fish en Papilotte
Bengali Fishcake Curry
