From hot water crust raised pie to puff pastry sausage rolls, shortcrust pastry tart and crisp filo pastry strudel. The types of dishes you will be making include:
- Hand Raised Chicken & Pork Pie
- Sausage Rolls
- Salmon & Dill Tart
- Apple & Cherry Strudel
Skills covered: Hot water crust pastry, rough puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, handling filo pastry.
