Suitable for complete novices and those who are fairly competent but feel they have a skills gap.On this day course, Jenny will be teaching you about round fish, flat fish, crustaceans and molluscs how to bone, dress, prepare and cook them and how to make a fish stock.
Types of dishes you will be making include:
Thai Savoury Rice and Prawn Soup
Pan fried Seabass with Tomato & Chorizo Ragu
Baked Fish with a Lemon & Herb Crust
Pan Seared Scallops with Puy Lenitls, Bacon & Sage
Skills covered: boning round & flat fish, soup, stock, cooking fish, cleaning & cooking scallops, marinating, knife skills.
