Tutor: Jenny ThomsonThis course was created for people who like good food but have a very small repertoire or need some inspiration to make the dishes that they do know more interesting. Ingredients used are a combination of fresh seasonal produce with some shop bought store cupboard essentials to make some simple, but delicious dishes.
