A half day course celebrating the sumptuous and exotic flavours of The Middle East. We make the menu together, eat some for lunch and take home any remaining morsels.
On this 1/2 day course we will be making:
Lemon & Coriander Hummus
Lamb & Barberry Meatballs with Tomato Sauce
Cauliflower & Chickpea Tagine with Harissa & Preserved Lemon
Morasa Pulao (Jewelled Rice)
Skills covered include: Casseroling, roasting & toasting. Bread making, filo pastry, using herbs, making a paste & syrup
