Enjoy a day discovering the staples of Italian cooking
Tutor: Jenny ThomsonOn this half day, hands on course, Jenny will be showing you how to make your own pasta, tortellini, ravioli, gnocci and focaccia. You will make your own pasta dough from scratch, learn how to use and care for a pasta machine, shape your fresh pasta and make your own tortellini & ravioli. You will also learn how to make your own gnocci, plus focaccia with a choice of toppings. The types of dishes you will be making include:
- Gnocci with Sage Butter
- Ricotta, Lemon & Herb Tortellini
- Ravioli Napoletana with Homemade Tomato Sauce
This course can also be booked as a Custom course, adapted for vegetarians and run either morning or afternoon. You can choose a date to suit, for up to 4 people. Contact us for availability and prices.
