We make the menu together, eat some for a late lunch and take home any remaining morsels.
Onion Bhajis - crispy onion fritters
Spinach Raita - Cooling spinach & yogurt dip
Lamb Biryani - aromatic lamb & rice dish
Chicken Badami - chicken with an almond sauce
Vegetable Undhiyo - Mixed vegetables cooked in a Masala paste
Roti - flat bread
Firni - a ground rice pudding flavoured with spices
