Achieve beautiful bread - a relaxing day discovering how to make a great loaf of bread

Tutor:  Jenny Thomson

A half day course dedicated to making a great loaf of bread.  Jenny will go through the principles of bread making, a selection of flours and how to use different forms of yeast.  As well as a wholemeal loaf, you can choose to make your own type of bread, we will also make some of the dough into rolls.
This course is suitable for beginners, improvers, anyone who lacks confidence or is having disasters with their bread making.
