Enjoyed my Christmas present from Dougie (husband). Loved the hands on and very relaxed way Jenny welcomed us, and talked us through the day. Thought I could make bread? Now I can, with some more practice, and the knowledge Jenny shared with us. I just wanted to say thank you for The Individual Gourmet cooking course.  I have really enjoyed it and it has helped me so much!  I didn't really know how to use herbs etc to change my fairly bland cooking into something much more tasty!  The recipes have been so easy to do as well and I feel now I can follow and adapt a recipe with much more success.
I wanted to improve my cooking skills so that my grandchildren could enjoy good home cooking and now I feel that I am achieving this and enjoying cooking.

It was a gift as I enjoy cooking and this has enabled me to learn about an area that I was wary of.  I enjoyed that it was a small group and the explanations on how grains etc work together was very useful.  also sharing what the consistency of a cake filling etc should look like is a great help.  I also was glad to be part of 'experimental' Victoria sponge - this shows that we all have to keep trying - I tend to give up when it doesn't go well.  Very good course, thank you.

"I recently attended 3 different classes with Jenny Ė Foundation Baking, Getting More out of Your Repertoire and Patisserie.  In each class Jennyís tuition was excellent with time to ask lots of questions.  I have learned new skills, made things I had never attempted before, had thoroughly enjoyable experiences and was able to take home a range of lovely food from each class!   So much so, I am now looking for further classes to undertake with Jenny.  If you would like to learn new cooking skills or brush up on existing skills I would highly recommend coming along to Jennyís classes.Ē

I found it great fun, I learned a lot and came away really inspired to try out some new recipes - as well as being very relaxed! The courses are in a lovely open kitchen setting and Jenny's organic veg garden is amazing!

Dear Jenny, I wanted to thank you for giving me a really spoily special day.  It was so lovely to switch off from home and enjoy something else.  You are a natural teacher with lots of support and encouragement.   It was great fun, I really enjoyed the  cooking and felt you were a real pro, the curry and sponge didnít last long.  I  loved the whole day.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything I learned at cooks for courses.  What a fantastic afternoon, it was great to learn some of your many skills which I am trying to put into practice at home.  You make it look so easy! The scones we made were delicious and of course devoured as soon as I was in the door!!  I will be back again soon to learn some more, many thanks for the wonderful and informative day.  
I have known Jenny a very long time. Not only has she had first class training and years of experience, she is an intuitive cook who can throw a few bits in a pot and produce the most amazing flavours. It is only right she should share her kitchen magic. Jenny, I wish you every success.
